We are looking for a highly skilled IT coordinator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with industry standards. This role involves leading IT support teams, efficiently resolving technical issues and maintaining IT compliance, licensing, and security. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in virtualization, networking, server management, and IT security, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliverables, Leadership & Team Management (Core)
- Lead, mentor, and supervise System Administrators and Network Engineers.
- Define team KPIs, ensure SLA adherence, and manage escalations.
- Drive knowledge-sharing, training, and professional growth within the team.
- Collaborate with business leaders and vendors to align IT infrastructure with business requirements.
- Manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, IT security, and audit policies.

System Administration Oversight
- Oversee Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025), including Active Directory (PDC/BDC, OU, GPOs), DHCP, DNS, File & Print, Remote Desktop, and license servers.
- Supervise virtualization environments (Nutanix clusters, VMware vSphere), including VM creation, replication, snapshots, and backups.
- Manage Office 365 Suite (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams), including licensing and compliance.
- Ensure backups and disaster recovery readiness (Veeam/cloud backups, file server backups).
- Troubleshoot and oversee hardware/software issues on servers, desktops, laptops, and VC setups.
- Ensure effective use of ticketing systems (ManageEngine/ServiceNow) for incident, change, and problem management.
Network Engineering Oversight
- Configure, monitor, and oversee Switches, VLANs, LAN/WAN setups, VPNs, and structured cabling.
- Supervise firewall configuration, Access Points, and security policies to ensure compliance.
- Manage WAN link optimisation, redundancy planning, and endpoint protection.
- Review and guide vendor coordination for network hardware procurement, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Drive resilient and secure network architecture planning in alignment with organisational needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8–12 years of IT Infrastructure experience, with 3+ years in a leadership/Team Lead role.
- Certifications preferred: Microsoft (MCSE/365), Nutanix, VMware, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), ITIL.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
